I have to say out of all the cards, I'd really like to get the Discover It more than anything.

The Chase Freedom seems awesome to have as well... Problem is, I don't have any relation with Chase bank and I've heard from a lot of people they like to see at least 1 year of credit history.

I would chill for 7 months and try to get Sallie Mae.

Re: What to apply for next? PLEASE HELP.

I wonder how much Discover would give me as a starting credit limit.. Hmm?

And I guess I am going to go ahead and wait until I have 6 full months reported.

I second the idea of waiting until 6 months and then apply for whichever card appeals to you. I will say that for me Discover It is overrated but having the free FICO score is huge when you are starting out. I would go with that one for that reason. Citi is also going to have free FICO starting next year but Doubke Cash may be harder to get with a thin file like yours.
