Oh, I bet. I have friends whose shopping leave me breathless (but it is super fun to tag along) so I can't even imagine what black card owners buy. (Although I suspect a large chunk of the charges are business expenses.)
Sorry for the multiple posts. I don't know how to multi-quote (or even if one can multi-quote).
I can only imagine what it's like to live in a world where people spend more on one meal than a lot of people make for a whole year's salary.
Oh wait ...

You too, huh.
It was $8 or $9k for two hotel suites for four nights at Cesar's in Vegas.
It was for my dad's birthday. What's funny is we had a small group of family. We never hung out with people other than family the entire trip. I was kind of hoping we end up with some epic Vegas weekend and a huge party. It was basically like any other long weekend at my house. Except we went to see some shows and gamble and I'm only two Trolley stops away from one of the bigger/better arena's in town where they do a lot of music and the only card room in town unless you go out a bit to one of the Indian Casinos.
$2080 on an engagement ring, let it report, paid it off the day the statement cut.

No discounts huh..
This is why I employ the $20 trick always. I'm 4/5 using it. The one time it didn't work they were actually completely booked.
$650 ish with tax for a 4K TV on my Best Buy card.
Lol broke college student. I wonder why
ETA: Paid in full after statement cut. A $3,000 line has some uses as a store card. And 10% back was fun getting $60 in free ink.

What $20 trick? I am a total idiot when it comes to Vegas. My BF books everything and usually it's comped.
He picked the suites that weekend and one was upgraded... Dad had a great time and that's all I cared about. My brother did give me half the money a week or so later.
