Some lowest-APR cards that are still open to new apps (I also have these in my current card collection
) Of the cards listed below, only the BEFCU card is geo-fenced afaik; the rest of the cards do not have any geographic restrictions, as far as I am best aware.
(1) BEFCU VISA: as low as 4.99% F (Rewards are normally 1% but they also have recurring temp promos of 2%, 3%, 4% rewards. Also no BT or cash advance fees, iirc. APRs for purchases, cash advances, and BTs are all the same rate, especially if you can qualify for the lowest/lower rates.)
(2) EPFCU SmartRewards MC: currently as low as 6.75% V, with the recent 0.5 point Fed rate cut (Rewards are 1%, no BT or cash advance fees, iirc. APRs for purchases, cash advances, and BTs are all the same rate, especially if you can qualify for the lowest/lower rates.)
(3) Unify Variable-Rate VISA: currently as low as 7.99% V (No rewards, but also no BT or cash advance fees. APRs for purchases, cash advances, and BTs are all the same rate, especially if you can qualify for the lowest/lower rates.)
(4) PACU Premier Privileges Rewards MC: currently as low as 8.45% F (Rewards are 1.5%, but now has a $25 min. redemption threshold. No BT fee and extremely low cash advance fee. APRs for purchases, cash advances, and BTs are all the same rate, especially if you can qualify for the lowest/lower rates.)
(5) Unify Fixed-Rate VISA: currently as low as 9.49% F (No rewards, but also no BT or cash advance fees. APRs for purchases, cash advances, and BTs are all the same rate, especially if you can qualify for the lowest/lower rates.)
ETA: edits/adds
I got prime rate + 3.49% on my BECU.

DCU has the Platinum Visa @ 10.00% which for me is crazy low already, but after seeing some others in this thread, now it seems high ![]()
@Mv350 considering how hard it is to get in some of those CUs with better rates, I'd take a 10% apr and run happy for the hills![]()

Nice!

Ha, I had to go look
My BECU platinum visa, 8.40%
It started around 14.X%, but after a few ARs, they reduced it to lowest rate.

8.4% is lowest advertised rate but mine just came in mail and it says prime + 3.49.
