i don't think i really got any offers that will blow you away, but 50k us air miles for 1 dollar min spend was pretty nice for me, even with the 89 af. Also the 70k UR for ink plus wasn't bad. Gave me an lot of UR to play with , probably will use them to fly korean Business on next trip to far east.

Is this strictly for introductory, new account sign-up offers? Or, are you looking to see if there's a lender who would offer 24 months 0% APR, No Balance Xfr Fees, No A/F, 1,000 bonus points? Ain't gonna happen.
Most of these offers are pretty standard for the majors. Freedom tends to up the bonus to $200 during certain promotional peridos. The Slate and some Citi cards also feature very competitive low introductory APR offers.
ETA: If none of the above, then I suppose my most recent offers were the Ritz 140K points and SallieMae 2,500 points with 0% APR for 18 months.

The 70K is a great offer! The US Air 50K is one of my favorites; bonus after the first charge is unbeatable.
50K miles for Citi AAdvantage + 50K US Air (which will convert to AA miles).

Hayyyyy! For our trip to London!
40k points from the Venture for $400 is the best offer I've gotten. It's the basic offer, but it's still pretty good. Minimum spend and travel are not factors for me because I pay for work-related travel.
0% promotional APR, BT promos or lower overall APR are meaningless to me as I PIF always. I guess eventually I might get a card specifically for low APR to hold in reserve, but for the most part, rewards and sign-up cash are the only things that matter to me.
1) Chase Freedom - $200 back after 500 spent and 0%APR for 12 months
2) Chase SW plus/premier - 50,000 rapid rewards points for 2000 spent in 3 months(each card). 106k points total. Need 4000 more for companion pass.
3) Barclays US Airways - 50000k points for signup.
US Airways is the single best promo around right now. You can get 50000 (soon to be American) miles for $89 + $1.
