Whats up with experian?

I've gotten 6 news cc's since april and NONE of them are reporting with Experian! But the other bureaus are reporting them. I called the CC companies and they all said the are reporting to Experian. What gives?

That's weird - you should call Experian and find out what gives. They may be reporting the TL's on someone else's credit who has the same name!

I presume you're pulling reports from MyFico or somewhere else to confirm, right?

That's impossible, unless they also screwed up the SS#

They can't report anything w/o a social.

I pulled a report directly from Experian still not reporting

It is entirely possible that a mistake on SS# is causing an error somewhere. Though it seems unlikely since there are 6 new accounts that are all missing. In any case, they can report without a social. It happens all the time. A perfect example is authorized users. They get added all the time without giving out SS#s and they still wind up on the AU's reports.

I wonder if EX reports differently based on demographics, because for me they are always the 1st to report everything, then TU and then lastly EQ.

(Just curious)..what if you were currently disputing something on experian would that slow down the process of updating TL ???

its been my experience that EX leads the way..they always seem to update first for me then EQ and TU always seems to be last...
