I got first APR reduction and CLI increase after 5 months of opening the card then another successful reduction and CLI 6 months after that. I just called the number on the back of the card and said I was wondering if my account qualified for a lower interest rate.

I finally got through and was given a CLI and APR decrease! Exciting news. APR went from 25.49% to 21.49% and my credit line went from $6k to $8.5k. Thanks everyone.
