When did u receive your HSBC card?

I applied for the HSBC 2% cash back rewards card and was approved. They have processed my $19 payment (processing fee). How long after your check cleared did you receive the card? I am so curious because I dont know the limit yet.

Have you called to find out?  I found out over the phone before I received the card.  It took my card about 2 weeks before I received it.

I dont know which number to dial? The numbers I have they just say press 1 for approval status. Do you have the number to HSBC?

Try this number 800 694 9222.  This is the number on the backdoor thread.  See if it works for you and let me know.

I called that number they were not able to help me. She gave me another number to dial. I just got off of the phone with her and my account has not shown up yet!! My info is not in the system yet. I applied for the card on Monday. They must have a slow computer. LOL (I am trying to find the good in this.)

They were very slow for me too.  I canceled my card before it came because it was the highest in annual fees for the low limit.  I hope they can give you the info soon.  I hate not knowing.

It didn't take that long, couple of weeks.  I like it.

There kind of slow when it comes to sending out cards it could take 2 or 3 weeks be patient.

I applied for the exact same card however, I received a message saying that "a further review is required and they will let me know in 10-14 days".....They let me pick the card that I wanted so hopefully I still have a chance!!!

I didn't know that this card required a $19 processing fee!!!.....It didn't mentioned that in the Terms and Conditions only a $59 AF....

Have anybody had any experiece with HSBC 10-14 day review???

I was approved for $300. WTH? The CSR stated that this card is started out with $300. But I guess I have to take what I am given. If I could get a Cap one card I would.

Question

If I call before I activate the card for a CLI would that result in a hard pull?
