When to apply for Amex BCP after PRG

Not in the least bit for me.  The BCP is capped and the PRG I use as a secondary card for groceries/gas but its main purpose is for travel.

Yes,  Amex is nice with this feature.

I really wonder how come other lenders don't care about this? If All lenders start doing this my AoA will never decrease

I'm planning on doing the same thing as you did, except with a Costco card instead of a BCP
