When to ask for a CLI and or APR reduction

I've just been approved for NFCU Platinum Visa with 1,600 CL my biggest yet and 17.99 APR. So im just wondering how long should I wait to ask for a CLI and an APR reduction? And should I ask for these together or at different times i.e. CLI at 3months and APR reduction at 6months?

First CLI for NFCU is 90 days then 6 months. Not sure about APR.

For the APR, you have to wait a year before asking for one. Then you can ask every year thereafter.
