When to ask for a CLI?

What are the guidelines or parameters for asking for a CLI?

I've been working on cleaning up my credit and a few months ago paid off a card to 0%. I have another card that's balance is <10%. Obviously, my scores have improved (see signature) and you should also know that neither of them report any baddies. How long should I wait before I asking for a CLI?

61 days with AmEx. 6 months or 1 year with the others.

What card are you asking for the CLI OP? Creditors are different on how to approach them for it (i.e. SP or HP) knowing which creditor it is will better help us give you a sense of what to do with them.
