Where can I find fixed rate cards?

How/where do you guys get fixed rate cards?

Looking at t&c,  it looks like all majors went with variable.

Credit unions?

Mostly Credit Unions. I have DCU with FR of 9.5%.

FNBO had one last year and I have seen few reports here that they are still getting targetted offers from FNBO with fixed apr cards.

The issuers can change the fixed rate to variable rate any time they want with 30 days notice.

There are a few fixed rate cards listed in this post, just below the low apr cards. Of course, 'fixed' is whatever the bank or credit union decides that term means...
