Looking at t&c, it looks like all majors went with variable.

I have created your own thread for you as the one you posted this in is old. I changed the title and left the rest intact. You can edit the title if you wish by using the options button on the upper right hand side of the first post and click on edit post.

Mostly Credit Unions. I have DCU with FR of 9.5%.
FNBO had one last year and I have seen few reports here that they are still getting targetted offers from FNBO with fixed apr cards.

There are a few fixed rate cards listed in this post, just below the low apr cards. Of course, 'fixed' is whatever the bank or credit union decides that term means...
