Where can I find my reward status with a BOA accelerated cash reward amex card?

My application for a BOA accelerated cash rewards amex card has just been approved.

But on online banking I did not see anywhere telling me about my reward status, and I did not see any button or link for redeeming rewards.

If it was just approved, it probably hasn't generated rewards yet so you wouldn't see online I wouldn't think.  With Amex my rewards follow my payment or something like that

I was lately approved for BOA accelerated rewards amex, and I thought the same thing. It took about 2 weeks to show up on my online banking and about 2 1/2 before I recieved the card. Just be patient it will show up.However, if you would like to see your recent application approval, visit this site and just punch in your informations https://www5.bankofamerica.com/creditcards/application/decision.action. I called the customer service, and they said that the reward tab is removed from online banking, and the only way to know about the reward status is to call the customer service. So terrible.

Yuck. I am a new BoA card holder as well. I thought your statements would tell you. My statement should post any day. I am curious now. I hope I can redeem my cash rewards online without having to call up one of these knowledgeable professional BoA service representatives. I hate to call my CC companies. Every time I do, they want to sell me extra protection or other things of such ilk.

For anyone with rewards cards, from any bank, I'd advise keeping an envelope with your receipts and checking periodically to see if they ever really did get posted.

fwiw, myBofA MC World card has been good about crediting my rewards. Just sayin'...

Now my first statement posted. The cash rewards are shown on my online account. I can follow a link which takes me to an online redemption site. I don't think I have to call a customer service representative to redeem my cash. I don't understand what the original poster was told. To me, it seems all fine online.

So you mean after the first statement, you can find the reward tab in the online banking. Do you mean there is no reward tab before the first statement?
