Edit: This is the card I can use at any mom and pop restaurant, store and haven't been told they don't except it. DS's x2 and Dils x2 all have this card. Even the plumber took this card.

Also, if you do the request online and if by some chance it tells you to call (like it did me) it's all automated... you don't even have to speak to a human.

I have a QS (converted from Platinum) and QS1. Both are Mastercard and have the logo and number on the back. I actually prefer this style of card since I don't carry a wallet and use a case with my phone to carry the cards (ID and one card at a given time). Prevents stretching the leather case out to fit the numbers.
