Correct. They are still on my credit report. Should I attempt to pay them?

My Cabelas shows a $0 balance.

However, the Chase one shows the initial balance still.. $1100.

I am not sure how this works. They get taken off 7 years after the cards are opened or charged off? The reason I am asking is because Chase updated the balance in November 2015 and Cabelas in February 2015. However, the last time I made a payment on these was in 2013 - 2014.

Cabelas : https://gyazo.com/0cda46a28f95b6c9dd0a97db50088abf

Chase: https://gyazo.com/73f15d94d1e8b817dfbcb92adeb61e99

Any tips on how to approach this?

I can always take myself off her card. I was just wondering if I should do that and attempt to open another credit card.

Charge offs are on your credit report for 7 years from the date of the charge off. You can ask Chase if they would be willing to remove it earlier if you pay them back, but that's their option.

FICO only cares about your util %.  Having a 15k limit  or a 1k doesn't make one whit of difference to FICO.  Nor does FICO have any memory of your util.  It only cares about the util % currently on your credit report.  Having two revolving TLs is better than one TL, but you should drop the AU account then look to add another CC or two.

It is good your GF never misses a payment.  None the less she is playing with fire.  Bad things happen to everyone.  It might only take one thing to cause all kinds of problems.  She would be much better off if she paid down the balance.   Getting to a point where she PIF would be the best.  She certainly shouldn't be asking for a CLI with her habits.

I appreciate the response. I was not aware that FICO doesn't have any memory of util.

I'm going to take myself off and apply for another credit card.
