well just got off the phone with them! I product changed to the accl rewards amex. no cash back though as someone just mentioned you need a 5k+ limit to have that. I guess I will more potential for this to grow into the cash rewards later on! what was weird was the repp said that he was a %100 certain i will get the card in 2-3 weeks but he couldnt give me an answer on whether its yes or no. he said its a request but i dont see why u wont get it and he said i am a 100 percent eligable for it! good day today !

Did you call the backdoor number and talked to an analyst or the CS? Sounds like if it was an analyst, was not trained enough to approve at his own but thinks you will have no trouble getting approved. Not all analysts at bofa are trained/authorized to make a final decision (one of the analysts said this to me once over phone).
BofA: 800-718-6072 (Credit analyst)
thats the number i called. and yes i was surprised of his reaction. i guess i will find out soon!

I just called that number and got someone on the line in less than 30 seconds. I'm doing a PC to AMEX too. Back door reps are the best. My BOA Accelerated AMEX card is coming in 2-3 weeks.
FYI: When getting a PC to the BOA Accelerated AMEX card the account number is going to change. It will begin with a number "3". But the history of the account will stay the same on credit reports.
awesome! do u mind if i ask what ur CL is?
and how long have u had the platinum plus with them?

$7000.
thats a nice limit! how long have u had this card? also, did u prefer the points rewards over the cash rewards? u should have been eligable for the cash rewards

Currently I have the Bank of Americard Rewards. I submitted a PC last week for the BOA Cash Rewards. I haven't received the card yet. Hopefully, todays PC override last week's request and not delay the AMEX card. The rep said it could take an addtional 2-3 weeks if the request made today doesn't override last week's request.
