Which card should I apply for next?

I'd like to apply for another card and NOT get denied. I am looking to get a Visa/MC, something not store related. My current transunion fico is 715. I have never missed a single payment. I plan on applying for these cards in August.

Capital One (opened in 2007) - $174.81 / $300.00
I hope to have this down to $100.00 by August.

American Express Green (opened in June 2010) - I pay that in full monthly, obviously.

Victorias Secret (opened in June 2010) - $583.53 / $800.00

I started this card with $500 and was bumped to $800 automatically. This balance is high because I have some returns that haven't credited yet.
I hope to have this down to $300.00 by August.

Bloomingdales - now a "charge" card? (opened in October 2010) - $105.63
I hope to have this card at $0.00 by August.

As of right now I should have no pulls to my Transunion or Equifax. I would have all of the above inquires (minus Capital One) on Experian plus a few denials which was for a Neiman Marcus store card and American Express blue.

I'd like a card with a lower interest rate and no annual fee but as I said earlier I really don't want to get denied for a card. I feel as though (well, it's true!) the only cards I have been approved for are store cards. I will turn 21 in July and my personal income is about $25K but my household income (which I have direct usage of) is around $250K. Thanks for the advice!

Your TU CR looks very clean with no inquiries. Barclays pull strictly TU, so look at some of their CCs. Citi, chase pulls EQ mainly. If I were you, I may try to get a rewards cc from Barclays. Chase, citi, discover may be a little harder to get but worth a try cause you don't have slot of inquiries.
