Hi Guys,
Does anyone know who Barclay's pulls? I'm about to purchase a MAC and I was interested in their 0% APR offer for 1 year.
I really do not want an inquiry on Experian or Equifax. I'm hoping to hear they pull TransUnion.

They pulled TU for me. I believe Credit Addict posted in another thread where the OP was asking for TU only pullers and Barclay was one of them. Sure enough, they pulled TU when I applied.
If you use the search button at the top of this page and enter "Barclay Pull" you will come up with some threads, including this one: Barclays pulls TU/EQ.
For my one year old Juni, they only pulled TU. The TU only pull seems to be true for the vast majority.
Hope that's helpful.
I have had Barclay's BJ Visa since 2008, and got the Travelocity Amex in July. I also have had two hard pulls for requested CLI's on the BJ's. They have never hard pulled anything but TU.
I would say that it's about 99% that any Barclay's application will pull TU only.
Thanks for the info, guys. Good to know.
I'm happy to say that, although I came really close today, I RESISTED the urge to apply and simply used my CITI Professional card to make the purchase. It wasn't easy because I love to app but I thought it through and there's no reason for me to have yet another personal credit card, at least not right now since I have about 2 dozen accounts reporting including accounts w/ Amex, BofA, CITI, HSBC and Capital One. ![]()
