Is there something they see on your CR they weren't liking too much? What was your score at the time and how much did you ask for?
Ha ha...good one.
But I will counter to say you have to have a PenFed PLOC "active and open" before you can say that, so zero means you don't have an active PenFed account....so doesn't count ; )

Oh I don't mind it, as I don't really use it, it is just amusnig to me. I in fact am just happy to have it after applying twice. They probably don't like all my available (unused) credit available when I applied and I asked for ...hmmmm.come to think of it, maybe I asked only for $1,000 to increase my chances for approval since I was rejected he first time....thanks for reminding me....I may have only asked for $1K to improve my approval chances. I realy don't remember, I either asked for $5,000 or $1,000.
Try for an increase

In my research I have seen lines of $500. I think this is there actual minimum, otherwise they just deny you.
How much did you initially ask for?
I'm at $500.00... It's the most ridiculous thing I've seen....
