This is my wild guess, do not put any stock in this speculative opinion. CapitalOne has Choice as a transfer partner. Could Choice be the first hotel card for CapitalOne?
Choice bought Radisson last summer. AFAIK, Radisson properties are much nicer, on average. My guess is they are figuring out what an integrated loyalty program (and associated credit card) should look like.
American Express also has Choice Privileges as a transfer partner.
Oh wow didn't know that, not sure why they're still displaying the choice credit card on their site. If I had to guess either Citibank, FNBO, WF, or Cap1
Interesting that it's still on the Choice Privileges site.. T&C link still goes to barclaycardus.com -- maybe they're just going to refresh the thing?

I clicked apply and it went to the link below.
AH! ..I've thought about the card, but mainly because it was a xfer partner at amex.
Don't think I've ever hit the apply button. Now that it's void maybe I'll pretend to apply... totally safe for garden use.
What's interesting is that for those of us who currently have it, it's still showing up in our Barclays accounts. Still earning Choice points. Business as usual for us.
I'm wondering if Barclays is doing some kind of relaunch?
That said, I'd be happy if it landed with a different bank!
Anyones best guess. I know Radison is serviced by US Bank though.
