Hello my fellow Pavlovians. This according to a señor representative @ Capone.
First of all he wants to welcome you to the family.
Secondly, you see there's some rules.
Some cards are not eligible for user initiated CLI.
If you have one then your limit needs to be above $2500.
If below, neither the system of they can help.
Secondly, if you have an AF, you're most likely out of luck.
Third and foremost. The system can be overridden only if the CL is sufficient and the account is open long enough.
Each time you hit the monkey button for your $500 af "platinum" no benefit card an Indian rep gets tickled
and a cat dies. At least that's the cover story. Thanks for your understanding and it was a pleasure doing business.

Ha, I thought this thread was hilarious because I saw it about 5 minutes after hitting the monkey button yet again.  I just can't wait until I get my 3rd prime card so I can finally ditch my Cap One Platinum.  I don't think they will ever give me a CLI or a PC, and even asking for a CLI is like 3 hard pulls isn't it?
