As of next week I will officially be an Amex family member for 61 days. I do plan to ask for 3x CLI at that time. What's interesting is that my Amex account is not reporting on any 3 of my credit reports. Do any of you know how long does it take Amex to report new accounts?

It is normal, Amex takes 2 sometimes 3 statements before it reports.

Especially on someone's first Amex card.
@WhiteCollar If it does help at all they were very slow to report my card I've had with them almost two years this past go around I actually reached out to them to see what's up so it may also be something with them in general.
You should be happy they report after the second statement. Longer it takes to report, further you are removed from new account penalty, there is frequently a small points gain when an account reaches three months old.
I wish no one would report for ...a year
I would be delighted if none of my credit cards reported in their first year of existence. I don't understand why folk are so eager for new cards to report.
It's not about being eager, just making sure I'm keeping track of things.
