Why No Credit Steps Offer?

I just received my Cap 1 Plat.... but I haven't seen an offer for credit steps...(is this a bad thing that I have no offer?) or does that only come with the QS1?

Re: Why No Credit Steps Offer?

The Platinum should be automatically enrolled in Credit Steps.  If I recall correctly, I also got an email when my 1st statement cut.

Congrats on your new card!

Re: Why No Credit Steps Offer?

I never got any offer or official confirmation from cap1 that I was enrolled in the program. I had to ask a CSR via chat to confirm for me that I was.

Re: Why No Credit Steps Offer?

It also took a while for me to receive the email. Maybe 2-3 weeks at least. Good luck with the new card! I Pc'd mine to rewards after 3 months with the same $19 annual fee 1st year waived.

No problem, I talked with eo to get the upgrade. I spoke via chat several times with customer service and they kept telling me no offers but the eo was able to do it. Love having the 1.5% on both my cards now!

Re: Why No Credit Steps Offer?

Information was included in my approval email. Benefits listed for the QS1 were 1.5% cash back, CLI after 5 on time payments, etc.

More than enough credit.
