Need a little more info... How much are you putting through the cards a month and what kind of utilization are you carrying on the cards, if any?

They hate me too. I use Amazon all the time yet I'm stuck at 1.3k. Always says not enough experience with current limit. Same thimg with Sam's M/C. The limits aren't high so you can just put so much on them. I think it's a hit or miss for both Synchrony and Comenity.
In my experience the Amazon card doesn't need much usage. I was approved in Januaruy with a $900 limit. I bought 1 $50 amazon gift card with it and that's it. In April I requested a CLI of $10k via chat. They countered and upped me to $3500. A month later I asked for $10k via chat again and they countered and upped me to $6k.
How are you requesting your CLIs? Don't use their luv button, it was never useful for me. Using chat has gotten me 2 really decent SP CLIs.
Don't worry too much - it's not you, it's them!!
It took Synchrony a year before they upped my Amazon limit, based on derogs and "time since credit line established too short". Some people here seem to get CLIs every few months. Seems like it varies wildly. For reference, I had two lates reporting, three aging collections, AAoA 4 years and scores in the lower - mid 600s over that year span. The only thing that changed was the removal of two lates, wich brought my scores up; my AAoA actually dropped before the CLI came (3.75 years).
Synchrony has always been excellent with large credit limit increases on my AEO Visa and also my Walmart Card. I'm a fairly new AEO Visa customer and they bumped the limit to 5k in just 4 months when I called credit solutions (should have asked for more!) AEO Visa has seen heavy usage and very large payments.
Walmart Card has been great about giving regular increases when i called Credit Solutions. Walmart has seen fairly heavy usage and I didn't make large payments on this one.
Definitely heavy usage seems to be a common denominator with Synchrony. Hope this helps.

Ironically, the luv button is the only thing that works for me. Every 4 months.
Synchrony is definitely interesting and either agreeable or not. When I had amazon store card, It took me a year to get a CLI on it.
My other synch cards have had luv button sucess and most recently, calling credit solutions analyst was a game changer.
My TU fico is above 700 with nothing negative, i just have a lot of cards lol.
I only have one Synchrony card, so I can't speak to them in general, but it wasn't easy to get my CLI. I started at $700, and it took 9 months to get an increase1200.
I use the card heavily, and I'm currently at about 66% UTL because of a 0 percent for 12 months offer on digital cameras. I ask for a CLI every month after my payment posts. Worst thing they can do is say no.
