Why is my amex zync reporting this way?

A while back I took a hit on my score when I made a large purchase on my zync, and I was trying to figure out why. Well today I noticed it's reporting as a credit card, not a charge card.  Has anyone eles noticed this, and what is the best way to get it fixed?

Call customer service, ask for the number for the Credit Bureau Unit. They can help you.

FWIW, my AMEX charge reports as a credit card also on TU and EX, and as an "open" account on EQ...but is NOT being factored into my UTI.
