Why isnt my Chase Freedom a Visa Signature?

Signature benefits are passive.  They are something that are there for you when you need them, such as concierge service, warranties, travel protections, etc.  You may never have to use those ever, but they are there for you as an added benefit if you do.

Thanks Kudos. I just did that....it does show Visa Signature Concierge Service. Let's just hope it doesn't say that for all accounts even the non-siggys lol.

If you're still doubting and have apple pay or samsung pay, the image of the card will show as VS rather than regular

I like how it shows Infinite in Apple Pay for the CSR and Altitude.

I will have to agree with the other guys having Visa signature is like being 6 foot 7 instead of 6 foot tall. Most tall people aren't basketball players. The other way around sure but this is my analogy.
