If there is anything to be said for Cap 1, (other than them being a great builder or rebuilder) it's that they're VERY predictable! With them you know exactly where you stand and what to expect. No surprises really good or bad.
I have yet to see anyone post anywhere that Cap 1 CLD'd or AA'd them for no real good significant reason.
In THIS respect, I place them far above BoA, Citi and Wells Fargo (regarding an AMEX comparison, I doubt anyone's been FR'd by Cap 1 LOL)..
