Why the 7-10 day message for WalMart? I'm sure it's a denial.

I've seen people with much lower scores get instant approval.

Can't speak specifically for Walmart but scores aren't always the only consideration.  When was the last time you looked at your reports?

Honestly,  I just applied for the walmart card, got the same 7-10 day message, read this post, called this number (877)294-7880 (by the way it keeps asking for account number I said dont have one til I got transfered to someone who in turn transferred me to verification department) she asked my middle initial, verify my cell number, sent me a text and then told me I was approve for $300. not much but still something right?

Thank you @09Lexie.  I am trying to rebuild, do you suggest use a percentage and pay off in full every month?

Sorry to hear the OP was not approved.

@njf2203, congrats on the approval. I do not personally have the walmart card but I hear it is one of the best growers out there.
