Went to a bad patch in for a few years beginning 04. Had ex had a chase CC to which I am an authorized user. Account went into deliquency and finally written off which stayed on my CC for about 3 years before it disappeared from all 3 CCs.
What are my chances of getting a Chase Card now?

Chase blacklists. Leave them alone. There's plenty of other prime lenders, move on.
Are you sure about that?
We should start a thread on companies who blacklist people.
Yup. CSR told me that upon recon. Went back and forth with her for 15 mins about my credit report, finally she sighed and admitted the real reason they couldn't extend credit was because I had burned them in the past. This is a paid chargeoff mind you and paid off over 9 yrs ago.
Good idea.
so, they blacklist for ever?
What about Amex?
I had a bankrupcy in 1993. Applied for Amex in 1998, they denied due to past history with them. Should I consider applying now, almost 20 years later?

Honestly with your score and a clean report, I think that 20 yrs is long enough. You should be ok.
