World Elite Mastercards with no AF

I heard of that Bank of American Cash Rewards and Citi Dividend have World Elite Mastercard version. I assume both have no annual fee. Is there any card else?

BOA Cash Rewards isn't World Elite just Sig or World.

as per CapitalOne.....one can not switch/convert from visa <-----> mastercard

which ever you start with, your stuck with!
