One point for my comment.

Well, this is unsettling. So, my $5k CL isn't going to show up, and any balance reporting is going to look like I'm maxed out?
No. Not necessarily. My World MC and Visa Sigs all report the CL. I think that was something they USED to do when it was a new concept. If I get this right things have pretty much changed across the board. Does anyone still have a card that does not report the limit?
Check your report. They will use high balance at worse.

It's a brand new acct. Nothing is reporting yet, and I'd like to know what to expect before I use it, since I got it knowing that I may be taking advantage of the 0% 15 mo intro offer for moving expenses.

If it's a Citi, they will report your limit and util will be calculated just like any other card. It didn't used to be that way, but there was a whole mess of outrage over them (and some other issuers) not reporting limits on these cards... AFAIK, AMEX charge cards are the only major product that still reports your limit as your high balance, though I believe modern scoring algos consider these separate from defined limit cards. Don't quote me on that last part though, as I may be wrong...

Couldn't say, since I've never charged it up that high! Needless to say, Dividend isn't one of my primaries... Especially since they gave me a Forward a year earlier with a $6,000 limit, so I guess the $1,200 is because I hit up against a total lending wall or something? Anyway, I don't have the cardmember agreement, or I'd hapily verify the NPSL rules for you!
What I'd really like to know is the minimum CL/CS to upgrade to the World Elite...
BofA still does NOT report the limit on my Visa Signature card! My only saving grace is that I maxed out my card to over $5000. Now my high balance is like $5600 or somewhere near there and my current balance is $597. This is what saved me from high UTL. At first I had a very BAD UTL because of this card. Not sure what Barclay's does with their cards. I would call them and ask them. If they don't report, you could PC down to a regular mastercard.
This is a good study on NPSL cards. Barclay's is not listed though, but still a very good resource:

My Barclays B&N World MC reports the CL.
