This is best reply I've seen here. So many chasing clis.  I would gladly trade normal limit for so added time.

greetings all I have learned alot from this forum for this I am greatful ,

My question is if you have three amex revolver cards 2 with 2000 limits and 1 with 1000 limits now does amex do fr on low limits like these or it has to have higher limits do do fr and if you go through a fr with amex does that get reported credit agencys

as long as you were honest on your application - you should not have to worry.  I started with a AMEX Green and was flagged about 6 months after opening the account.  I was able to provide documentatin for everything listed on the application with no problem.

What were you flagged for ? High usage? Ms? Something triggered it. Even if your outcome was good.

my only thoughts is the heavy use.  i practically ran everything through the card - about 3K a month.

Re: amex financial review

Its pretty clear and obvious why people are concerned about the FR, they are not stating thier income honestly...Now I will state, there is some seriously vauge wording in the application process aswell..I have asked this before, about reasonable access income and not filing joint taxes, what gives? I think you will be fine as long as you PIF and dont spend too much if you have a lower income 80k <...which is not low..It just seems everyone on these boards makes 100k

Use the card as intended and do not lie about your income. That way if you're ever financially reviewed, you know what the outcome will be.

Or, more accurately, as in every other aspect of life, feel free to lie as much as you want, just don't get caught.

EDIT:  Since I don't want to give irresponsible advice, I should have added, "just make sure you have the intelligence not to get caught."  My bad.

Re: amex financial review

Lmao. Smiley Happy. You know I'm starting to agree. Does anyone ever make less than 80k here. I guess I'm in the poor house with 45k But I can show every penny of it. So I don't care about what they want to see. Now my question. Since I drive taxi. My take home is 45k. But actual before expenses in about 90k. So if I'm spending 45 on card each year. Would that being problems. As I stated my take home is 45k on every app. But total revenue higher Beas to afraid to put huger revenue on app. As I don't keep that.

Some of us may have to lie, about our income, until we upgrade it to the FICO-Moderator-bonus big leagues....  Then, there wont be no need to lie no more...

And some of us do not have to. I do not see the point of lying just to get a higher limit. For one, that person evidently would not be able to pay back for the borrowed money, if they were to utilize the entire credit limit, in full. But, each to his own.
