Hi, you need to see what your FICO EX score is presently. Amex often uses old pulls that are not update so your score may be higher than what they are seeing. Unfortunately, if you want to show your score is higher, you would have to accept an HP. If you wait a bit, maybe they will get a newer pull with higher score on EX.

this is crazy this is the first i have heard of this. I remember everyone talking about how the use the last soft pull for the 3x cli i dont get it.

Not much you can do at this point unless you want to go the HP route.

Don't feel bad I got denied today too, internal score too risky and fico score to low ... Experian score is 673 delta amex 1k limit.. Have other cards with much higher limits
