You can always call and dispute it on your bureau. Did you ask to be an AU? As an AU you don't have the authority to make chnes to the card, only the cardholder. Come FICO 08 it won't matter much but if you are ina hurry ask the cardholder to do it, if they refuse dispute it with the bureaus. Do you have access to the card? IF not, that is a valid 'not mine defense'.
