No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
NFL card is a Visa Siggy or a World MC, depending on which card you apply for. When you go to the website to pick your team, you can see which card is Visa or MC. If you do not qualify for the Signature/World MC, they will then consider you for the platinum card. I think the Plat card only gets 10k pts ($100 statement credit) vs 20 k ($200) bonus upon first purchase on card.
Visa Sig and World Mastercards offer increased benefits, like concierge services, and discounts on hotels, free Somona wine tasting, etc.

+1...Correct, although I only received 10K points with my first swipe. Is there a new promotion for 20K points?
There is a promo for 20k points since around Super Bowl time. You had to apply under the correct link:

Wow! I missed out on this one....
When did you apply? You can probably call them and see if they will give you the additional points, since it is a ongoing promo. I think someone on Fat Wallet said they did this, and got the points. Take a screen shot of the link with the promo, and tell them they didn't give you all your points. It's worth a shot .... All they can say is no.
Thanks! I applied in July, and I will try that

Visa Sig cards are also NPSL although you have to pay anything over your limit by the due date, and they accept/deny over limits on a case by case basis.
