barclay

i just read the terms of my barclay rewards card that has a 1300 limit and it says they review account after 5 months for increases, anyone tell me what they like to see exactly. The only other cards i have ever had are through capitol one and i know they could careless about even giving increases.

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: barclay

They review pretty much what's on your credit profile in addition to your internal score with them and how well you manage your account.  Items they review in your CRs include whether you apply for too much credit (whether approved or denied), utilization/balances, etc.  Barclays periodically SPs your file to determine whether the account would be elegible for any auto-CLIs.

Re: barclay

I never got any auto-cli with them.

I had my priceline card a year and my sallie mae six months

hit the love button on both of them and talked to their underwriting.

initially both accounts were at 2k

both were increased to 10K
