just got approved for Uber Visa with 500$ CL and I want to know which is the best way to increase a CL
A - spending 2000 $ a month and pay it down to 8% utilization before the statement closes. then the rest right after the statement issued
B - spending 1-8% of CL and pay it right after statement
C- spending 2000$ a month then pay it completely before the statement closes
Im currently having all my cards report 1-8%utilization with an overall utilization under 30%
My current Credit cards
Deserve Edu : 800 CL - 4 Months
Discover IT : 800 CL - 3 Months
Hilton Honors: Amex: 6000 CL - 1 Month

exactly 3 months. Even though the Amex is 1 month old, it still doesnt show on my reports.

Of the proposed scenarios, there's really no specific one that would likely trigger the CLI. You can try moderate or heavy usage and a good payment record for the first 6+ months or so to determine if that yields something at that point.
Keep in mind that if no auto-CLI occurs, requesting one is a HP, and likely a triple pull based on recent DPs.
It was approved instantly online. I guess I will try each method and see how it goes. I'm trying to increase my chances as much as possible to try to get Citi bank Thank you premier card by next May. I will be gardening until may and try to increase all my CC's without a HP.
My current scores Fico: 749 TU: 690 EQ:680
2 enquiries showing on CK

American Express cards don't usually report to the credit bureaus until the second statement is cut.
With the addition of the Amex, your AAoA is even lower now and your credit history appears to be quite new. Doubtful that you'll get any kind of CLI soon.
What is the source of the credit scores you're showing?

It's really hard to pin down Barclays. If we were talking Capital One, I'd say that A or C would work on a non-bucketed card.
A, B, and C should all be good methods for AMEX, provided that they have no reason outside of usage to deny. Given your 6k starting limit, I don't think your low AAoA (average age of accounts), AoYA (age of youngest account), or AoOA (age of oldest account) will be a problem.
Heavy spend [relative to limit] followed by PIF for a length of 3-6 months is usually a recipe for a CLI. If you're spending 400% of your CL monthly it certainly gives your lender a great incentive to hand you a CLI.

Amex and Wells Fargo free Fico monthly report. and CK for TU and EQ
