thanks, kind of what i think too. that's ok it was a soft pull and i really just wanted to see if the 3rd statement method was automatic everytime.

I did once as well...the only time I think...I ended up getting half of my CLI request 2K instead of 4K. Good luck!

i left the form blank, hoping for the standard 20%. maybe it'll get pushed over to an analyst and see the 19k citi card is just reporting and match that.

of course the statement for the citi cash returns cut this week and i get paid next week so it's about 49% uti with a small bt and me pushing everything i could on it for the 5% cash back.
