The AA card is OK, they sent me a promo: 30k miles with a $750/3 month spend, no AF. My point was that Citi has a more responsive website than Chase, and seems to be more "relationship-friendly" than Chase (you can apply for cli's on-line). Result: I have three Citi cards to one Chase.
