Re: can i ask chase?

Whenever I have a balance reported on my Chase cards, then pay them to zero it is reported to the CRAs withing a few days of payment, without asking.

Just to clarify are those two accounts from chase fully paid now? Because i am pretty sure chase will report as soon as they are fully paid , so you really wouldn't have to call i don't think. I don't know which other CC do midcycle reporting.

you don't have to. Chase does midcycle reporting whenever you pay cards down to 0. They report to EX first usually right away.

sapingo - whenever I pay a balance to Chase that is zero, they can't wait and report it out of sequence to the bureau (out of sequence meaning not at statement closing).

Re: can i ask chase?

I'll add my name to the list of people this has happened to.  It threw me off guard the first time since my Marriott card was my only card with a balance so my score dipped when Chase reported it at zero until I got another card to report with a balance...
