cant wait to go on my app spree!

I just want to thank everyone here on myfico I was able to sumbit and get an offer accepted on my first ever house. Two years ago i never thought it would be possible. My scores were probably in like mid 550s when i started. As much as ive tried to hold back these past few months with apps I would give in lol. However, Its nice to know a mortgage loan underwriter so i had very little fear in not getting approved. Now im planning my next spree as a homeowner! The closing is for april 20th. My plan app spree is:

1. Barclaycard ring-getting the card for emergancies

2. Lowes- want the high line and fiance offer

3. Amex everday-0% intro offer

I might apply for the double cash again but i think I will get denied (not sure if they like me). Im maxed out with chase. Im not interested in discover miles card. I hate boa. What else should i apply for? LOL

AMEX PRG NPSL,Lowes $17000,Capital One venture card $12,000,Us Airways mastercard $9500,Fidelity Amex $9000, Discover it $8000, Capital One Venture One $7500, BOA 123 rewards $7500 CSP $6000, Capital One Quicksliver $5500, Amazon Store card$5000,Barclay

Nobody said you have to keep the PRG past the first year.

That's why you get the ED/EDP alongside it!

If you want recommendations you need to clarify what you're looking for.  Selecting cards is always a matter of finding what best suits the individual.

Don't just look at AF's.  Run the numbers for your spend and look at redemptions as well since it's an MR card.

Re: cant wait to go on my app spree!

With the recent changes stated for July, the PRG is an excellent offer.

1.  $195 annual fee waived for the first year.

2.  If still available, $1,000 spend for 50K MR Points.

3.  $100 Airline credit per calendar year.

4.  3X Airlines, 2X gas, groceries and dining.

After the first year, you would have the following:  (1) 50K+ MR Points (easily worth $700 - $1,000 in air travel, or $500 in GCs); (2) $200 Ariline (SW, AA, Delta, UA) GCs; and, (3) accelerated MR bonus on expenditures for Airlines, groceries, and dining.  Apply for the ED to maintain continuity of or MR points should you decide the $195 fee is too high the second year.  All of this for no cost, if you decide the card isn't for you during renewal.

In my view, one of the best deals out there right now.
