I am nervously awaiting my cli via steps program. My utility is kinda high on that card right now $645/$800. The past 5 months the balance has fluctuated from $100 to $300. I use the card a lot and pay it down every Friday.
SL was $300 bumped up to $800 via luv button. Now my sixth statement is about to cut in the 17th and I really hope I get as nice increase.
If I don't end up with an increase in happy with is there any way to recon this???
What's the best route? Chat? Call CSR?
Call EO? Email EO?
