Re: chase 4 hour message?

That was a fast decline! Sorry Ducky.

I'm still a no go with getting a card with them myself because the length of time I have had my accounts is too short. No derog's on my EQ and was over 680 last time I apped. Denial did not give specific reason's really. I'll just have to wait it out.

Re: chase 4 hour message?

Actually, I did pick up some age from being able to assume my grandmother's Discover card. It was opened in 1986, but...bad part is a recent late payment (30 day) in October. My EX dropped almost 30 points. I will get my TU on the 30th to see damage and isn't on my EQ yet.

Re: chase 4 hour message?

stef, how long of a history do you have, i was approved for chase at 5 months total history; I would be suprised if you didn't get a card from them unless it was less than 5 months.

Umm, I have opened a ton of new accounts. The most recent average age was 3 months. Now with the Discover, it average's to around 2.5 yrs. I bank with chase, checking, saving's and a secured loan. I think they are just waiting to see if I can keep up.
