This is how I can find it on an Optima Platinum. Log in to your account, then go to "On Line Statement." On your "Statement (this has to be a statement that had some transaction activity, or else search for an old statement period that had some activity)," if you look around the page, you'll find "Transfer a Balance." After you click that it will take you to a page where it tells you what your APR is for Balance Transfers.
