citi SP cli limit

Put in for the 181 day SP CLI request and got this back, were at 78.5k currently have 19k on 0% offer sending 1k  a week on it right now.  This is a Prestige card open since 2017 I believe. As much as it hurts me to say, I don't think its worth asking for more at this point. Anyone else? Its just a game at this point to see how high I can get the limits before we hit a cap or they say NO!!!

Interesting.  It's the first time I've seen that particular message.  If your income and profile support it, go for it.  If not, I wouldn't poke the bear any more at this point.

After having the AAdvantage MC for over 6 months, I applied for a sp cli and received it instantly.  However, I received this same message when I attempted a sp cli 6 months later.  At that time, I decided not to poke the bear.  I tried again 181 days later and was declined for having too many new accounts.  This one I can understand, but not the previous.  If I would have received the same message, I would not attempt again, but since it was different, I will try again in 181 days. At that time I will be 0/6 and 2/12.

Bummer. Would have loved this offer. Would pay off my phone at this point with it for the easy discount.
