it seems citi updated their virtual credit card module and now there's no information at all regarding my older generated virtual credit card numbers.... is there any way to access this? It's not super important, but i'd still like to have this information on hand. thanks

Assuming this is in regard to tap 'n' pay / NFC (Google Pay, etc.) virtual credit card numbers, the entire point of tap 'n' pay / NFC is that the virtual credit card number has no relation to the actual credit card number.
I'm sure they are talking about the actual Citi module that allows you to create virtual card numbers with a limited lifespan (you can control the duration) and map them to a physical card from the mobile app or online. It sounds like they want to look up an expired number they previously used but can't, but I don't have the answer to their question.

When Citi made the announcement of the virtual card system changing some time ago, they also made mention that old (previously used) numbers would not be able to be retrieved. Sorry OP, but according to Citi, there's no way to find the previous info.
That's the point/advantage of virtual credit card numbers that are used for Google Pay etc.
I don't know the specifics regarding Citi Bank / whatever.
