cli before card arrives

Hello again everyone. I was approved for the citi thankyou but it was only for 2k. Is it possible to ask for a cli before the card comes?

I know chase does, but what about citi?

Will this be a hard or soft? Which number do i call?

You can always recon for a CLI - it will most likely be a HP even though you were just approved. Check the backdoor sticky thread for the number to call. Good luck.
