What's the general consensus on how hard the sapphire pref from chase is?

My reports are good but have some debts I'm paying on that have lowered my equifax scores to around 715. Looks like tu was my highest at 730 last I checked.

I'm thinking my scores may not be quite high enough.

i have heard you need to have cards with CL over 5k , for me i didn't have to. Maybe get your util below 30% you could be in good shape. Other factors like Hp come into play.

Re: csp

those scores are high enough, but they like you to have experience with a card or two that has a 5k or larger CL. Income helps.

Re: csp

I may try for one of their easier cards to get and build with that. Sounds like freedom or amazon may be a little easier. My utilization may make it hard to get the 5k approval

go for freedom, the amazon card isn't that great and the $60 gift card thing is a joke.

Re: csp

Freedom would be an good choice so you can start storing up some UR points to transfer to CSP when you eventually get it

I'm thinking my scores may not be quite high enough.

I think most would agree the card is fairly hard.
