does annual fee for us bank personal cards get refunded after statement closing?

i product changed my us bank person card from the connect to the altitude go but the $95 annual fee is still showing. Does US bank refund annual fee mid statement cycle or will they refund this after statement closing? thanks!

When I performed the same product change last year, it took until the second statement close (56 days after the PC) to receive my refund.
