does synchrony allow transfer of credit line from one card to another?

i have a banana republic card and want to transfer some of that card's credit line to my amazon card. is it allowed?

Don't we all wish lol. I know I asked Citi before to transfer to my Bbuy from my Simplicity in 2015 and they were like uhhhhh nah. Same situation with Synch
