facebook message capital one help!!!?

first of all thank you for reading!!!! so i plan on facebook messaging capital one about them not reporting my card to any of th credit bereaus (its been 8 months since i had the card😞)..... my question is will this be a waste of time? and what should i include in my message??? and how long until they reply OR call me??? and does it matter if i do it from my brothers facebook since i currently dont have one??? thanks for your input!!! feedback from ppl with experience please

FB is just a middle man to the EO. Have you tried calling or emailing the EO directly?

You should do it from your own Facebook I would think.  It might be easier just to call in on something like this first.

 

I'm not so sure I would complain.  A hidden trade line on a Crapital One QS is an interesting phenominon.  I might just let it ride!

I can certainly understand that.  Have you tried just calling the number on the back of the card yet?

You should do it from your own Facebook I would think.  It might be easier just to call in on something like this first.

yes i have a few times and i always end talkin to a costumer service who DOES NOT help... and tell me the same thing (that they are already reporting) which isnt right becuase i just checked my credit report😞

i wouldnt know how to go about emailing them lol and no not the EO just the number on the back of the card ehich NEVER helps
